In this span you are expected to learn the what works and what doesn’t works of your market. Being a successful marketing manager is all about what the decisions which you take. This phase is the time where you should focus on market trends, and get expertise in campaign management and branding. Since there are so many moving elements to the position, it takes time to master each one. But with time, patience and hardwork, you can attain excellence as a manager.
